James Whitfield is a Level 3 adviser regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC), registration number F202000123, and a Fellow of the Immigration Law Practitioners' Association (ILPA). He read Law at the University of Bristol and completed his postgraduate training in Immigration and Asylum Law at BPP University Law School in London. James has been advising clients on UK immigration matters for thirteen years, working for national law firms before establishing his own boutique practice, Whitfield Immigration Advisory, in 2018. His practice covers the full spectrum of UK immigration routes: Skilled Worker visas and sponsor licence compliance for employers, Global Talent visas for leaders in academia, research, arts, and technology, and settlement pathways to Indefinite Leave to Remain and British Citizenship.
