These services are provided for informational and planning purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice and do not replace the services of a licensed immigration attorney, accredited immigration consultant, or other qualified legal professional.

3. No Guarantee of Immigration Outcomes

Global Settlers makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind regarding the outcome of any immigration application.

Immigration decisions are made solely and exclusively by the relevant government authority — including but not limited to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), and the Australian Department of Home Affairs — based on:

• The individual merit of each application at the time of review
• The completeness and accuracy of the information submitted by the applicant
• Current immigration policy, quotas, priority dates, and processing capacity
• The independent judgement of the assigned visa processing officer or adjudicator

A high eligibility score or "eligible" classification on this Platform does not mean your application will be approved. Global Settlers has no influence over, and no responsibility for, the outcome of any visa or immigration application.

4. Not Legal Advice

Nothing on this Platform — including pathway assessments, AI chat responses, blog articles, document checklists, or any other content — constitutes legal advice. The information provided is general in nature and may not apply to your specific circumstances.

You should consult a licensed immigration attorney or accredited immigration consultant before making any immigration decision, submitting any application, or taking any action that may affect your immigration status.

5. Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep the information on the Platform current and accurate, but immigration laws, policies, fees, and processing times change frequently. Global Settlers does not warrant that any information on the Platform is complete, accurate, or up to date. Always verify requirements directly with the relevant government authority before acting on any information found here.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information in your profile
• Verifying all information independently with official government sources
• Ensuring the accuracy of your own immigration applications

• Reliance on information provided by the Platform
• Loss of fees paid to government authorities
• Any change in your immigration status

8. Subscription and Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, assessments, scoring algorithms, and design — is the property of Global Settlers and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Global Settlers is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
