Sarah Nguyen is a Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1912687) in good standing with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA). She holds a Graduate Diploma of Migration Law and Practice from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Monash University. Born in Hanoi and having migrated to Australia as a student in 2003, Sarah has a lived understanding of the Australian migration system from every angle — as an international student, a skilled professional, and now a licensed practitioner. Over eleven years she has built a strong practice in skilled migration, helping engineers, nurses, teachers, and IT professionals navigate the points test, skills assessments, and state nomination processes. She is one of the most experienced agents in Australia for Vietnamese, Filipino, and Nepali clients, understanding the specific documentation and translation challenges that arise from each country's record-keeping systems.
