Foreign Employer Employment Letter
Letter from foreign employer documenting your role, duties, and dates of employment in qualifying capacity
US Position Job Description
Detailed description of the US managerial, executive, or specialized knowledge role
Specialized Knowledge Evidence (L-1B)
Documentation of specialized knowledge: product manuals, training records, patents, internal presentations
Company Financial Records
Tax returns, audited financials, or annual reports for both US and foreign entities
