Must have a CoS from a UKRI-identified scale-up company holding a Scale-Up sponsor licence. Sponsorship covers only the first 6 months of employment.
The job must be in an eligible occupation at RQF Level 6 (graduate level) or above, as listed by UKVI for the Scale-Up route.
Annual salary must be at least £36,300 or the occupation going rate (whichever is higher). This is higher than the Skilled Worker threshold.
Not strictly required, but each strengthens your case — the weight shown reflects how heavily our scoring engine (and in practice, adjudicators) value it.
Must demonstrate English at CEFR B1 level through a UKVI-approved SELT or an approved exemption.
Must show £1,270 in personal savings for 28 consecutive days, unless the employer certifies they will cover costs.

Certificate of Sponsorship
CoS from the UKRI-identified scale-up employer — verified by UKVI electronically using the CoS reference number.
English Language Evidence (B1)
SELT results at CEFR B1 or above, or approved exemption documentation.
Bank Statements (Maintenance £1,270)
Bank statements showing £1,270 for 28 consecutive days. May be waived if employer certifies maintenance.
Academic Qualifications (RQF Level 6+)
Degree certificates or professional credentials demonstrating RQF Level 6 or higher qualifications relevant to the role.
Tuberculosis Test Certificate
Required if from certain countries — from UKVI-approved clinic.
