Document the corporate relationship between the US and foreign entities (parent, subsidiary, affiliate). Gather organizational charts, ownership records, and corporate documents.
Prepare documentation showing 1+ year of managerial/executive employment abroad in the past 3 years. Include employment contracts, HR letters, org charts, and job descriptions.
The US employer files the I-140 petition with evidence of the qualifying relationship, your employment history, and the proposed managerial/executive US position. No PERM is required.

Once the I-140 is approved and priority date is current, file I-485 for Adjustment of Status in the US or pursue consular processing at a US embassy.
