Must belong to one of the recognized EB-4 sub-categories (religious worker, IO employee, broadcaster, etc.)
For most EB-4 categories, must be employed by or affiliated with a qualifying organization

Religious workers must have been a member of the religious denomination and worked in the religious vocation/occupation for 2+ years immediately before filing
Must not have criminal convictions or other bars to US admissibility

Religious Denomination Letter
Letter from the qualifying religious organization confirming your membership, vocation, and 2+ year history (for religious workers)
Ordination Certificate or Credentials
Proof of ministerial ordination or religious vocation credentials
International Organization Employment Records
HR letters, employment contracts, or service records from qualifying IO
Nonprofit Tax-Exempt Status Documentation
IRS determination letter (501(c)(3)) or equivalent for the sponsoring organization
Job Offer or Engagement Letter
Letter from the US organization describing the position and offering employment
Birth Certificate
Official birth certificate with certified English translation if not in English
