Must hold the degree, license, or credential specified for the occupation in USMCA Appendix 2

Must have a letter from a US employer describing the professional position
Valid Canadian or Mexican Passport
Valid passport proving Canadian or Mexican citizenship
US Employer Support Letter
Letter from US employer stating: position title, USMCA occupation category, job duties, your credentials, employment duration, and salary
Degree Certificates & Transcripts
Diploma and transcript from qualifying degree program for the USMCA occupation
Professional License or Certification
Professional license, CPA certification, PE license, nursing license, or other professional credential as required by the USMCA occupation
Resume / CV
Current resume detailing education and relevant work experience
Prior TN Approval or I-94 Records
Prior TN approval notice, I-94 records, or visa stamps (for extensions/renewals)
