Government processing times move with caseload. Check the official processing-time page for the current published estimate — our platform tracks these automatically.
Verify that your Canadian work experience meets the NOC TEER 0/1/2/3 requirement and take an IRCC-approved language test. CLB 7 is needed for TEER 0/1 roles; CLB 5 for TEER 2/3.
Log in to your IRCC account and create an Express Entry profile. Select the Canadian Experience Class stream. Enter your Canadian work history, language scores, and any Canadian job offer or education.
Wait in the Express Entry pool for a draw. IRCC runs CEC-specific draws as well as general draws. Keep your profile updated. If your CRS score meets the cut-off, you will receive an ITA.
After receiving your ITA, you have 60 days to submit a complete online PR application (e-APR). Upload all required documents, pay the processing fees, and ensure your biometrics and medical exam are on file.
