Obtain a full-time, indeterminate job offer from a BC employer in an eligible NOC occupation. The employer must be registered in BC and capable of demonstrating they could not fill the position locally.
Register your Expression of Interest on the BC PNP Online portal. Enter details about your job offer, education, work experience, and language scores to receive a registration score.
When BC PNP invites your registration, you have 30 days to submit a complete BC PNP application online. Pay the BC PNP application fee and upload all required documents.
If approved, BC issues a provincial nomination certificate. For EEBC candidates, this triggers the 600-point CRS bonus in Express Entry, leading to an ITA. For SI candidates, apply directly to IRCC for PR.
With a provincial nomination in hand, submit your PR application to IRCC. EEBC nominees apply through Express Entry (after receiving ITA); SI nominees apply through the paper-based or online provincial stream process.
