🇨🇦 Canada · BC PNP
1 mandatory requirement, 4 supporting factors, and 7 core documents — here is exactly what Canada expects.
Missing any of these disqualifies an application outright — confirm them before investing in fees or document preparation.
Most BC PNP streams require a full-time, indeterminate (permanent) job offer from a BC employer in an eligible NOC occupation. The employer must be registered as a BC business.
Not strictly required, but each strengthens your case — the weight shown reflects how heavily our scoring engine (and in practice, adjudicators) value it.
The job offer must be in an eligible National Occupational Classification (NOC) TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 occupation (or Entry Level/Semi-Skilled for specific sectors).
Language requirements vary by stream. Most Skilled Worker streams require CLB 4 or higher; healthcare and some professional streams require CLB 7.
Applicants must intend to live and work in British Columbia after receiving permanent residence.
Must have work experience relevant to the job offer. Skilled Worker stream generally requires 2 years in a related NOC occupation; international graduates may qualify with their degree.
