Government processing times move with caseload. Check the official processing-time page for the current published estimate — our platform tracks these automatically.
Review all OINP streams to find the one you qualify for. EJO streams require a valid Ontario job offer. Express Entry streams require an active EE pool profile. Check Ontario's stream-specific requirements carefully.
For EE streams, wait for a Notification of Interest (NOI) from OINP. For EJO streams, create an account on the Ontario Immigration Portal and submit your employer-supported application.
Submit your OINP application with all required documents. For EJO streams, your employer submits the job offer component. Pay the OINP application fee.
If approved, Ontario issues a nomination certificate. For EE-stream nominees, this triggers the 600-point CRS bonus and a guaranteed ITA from IRCC.
Submit your permanent residence application to IRCC — via Express Entry (within 60 days of ITA) or the paper-based PNP stream. Pay IRCC processing fees and provide biometrics and medical exam.
