For EJO streams, a full-time, permanent job offer from an Ontario employer in an eligible NOC occupation is required.
For Express Entry-aligned streams, an active Express Entry profile is required. OINP selects candidates directly from the pool.
Most OINP streams require at minimum CLB 7 in all four language abilities. In-Demand Skills stream may have lower thresholds.
Typically 2+ years of work experience relevant to the job offer NOC for the Foreign Worker Stream; less for some streams.
Must intend to settle in Ontario permanently.
Valid Passport
Current passport for principal applicant and all dependants.
Ontario Job Offer Letter
Full-time, permanent job offer letter from Ontario employer (required for EJO streams).
Language Test Results
IELTS, CELPIP, TEF Canada, or TCF Canada results.
Employment Reference Letters
Letters confirming job title, duties, dates, and salary for all relevant positions.
Education Transcripts and Diplomas
Official transcripts and degrees/diplomas from all post-secondary institutions.
Ontario Nomination Certificate
Official nomination certificate from the OINP, required for the IRCC PR application.
Police Certificate
Police clearance from all countries lived in for 6+ months since age 18.
