🇨🇦 Canada · RNIP
2 mandatory requirements, 3 supporting factors, and 8 core documents — here is exactly what Canada expects.
Missing any of these disqualifies an application outright — confirm them before investing in fees or document preparation.
Must have a full-time, non-seasonal job offer from an employer in one of the 11 RNIP participating communities. The employer must meet community-specific designation requirements.
Must receive a formal recommendation from the participating community before applying to IRCC for permanent residence. Communities have their own intake processes and annual caps.
Not strictly required, but each strengthens your case — the weight shown reflects how heavily our scoring engine (and in practice, adjudicators) value it.
CLB 4 for NOC TEER 3 and 4 occupations; CLB 5 for NOC TEER 0, 1, or 2 occupations.
