I-140 — Prepare and File Form I-140
Prepare the Immigrant Petition for Alien Workers (Form I-140) with a comprehensive petition letter, evidence index, and all supporting documents. File with USCIS.
I-485 — File Adjustment of Status or Consular Processing
When your priority date is current, file Form I-485 (Adjustment of Status) if in the US, or complete DS-260 for consular processing at a US embassy abroad.
I-693 — Biometrics, Interview & Green Card Issuance
Attend USCIS biometrics appointment, complete medical examination (Form I-693), and attend interview if required. Upon approval, receive your Permanent Resident Card.
