Compile comprehensive evidence for each criterion you claim. This includes awards, publications, citations, media articles, reference letters, salary data, and peer review records.
Prepare the Immigrant Petition for Alien Workers (Form I-140) with a comprehensive petition letter, evidence index, and all supporting documents. File with USCIS.

When your priority date is current, file Form I-485 (Adjustment of Status) if in the US, or complete DS-260 for consular processing at a US embassy abroad.
