I-140 — Employer Files Form I-140
Your employer submits the I-140 petition along with your evidence, a support letter, and proof of the permanent job offer. No PERM labor certification is required.
I-485 — Wait for Priority Date & File I-485
After I-140 approval, monitor the Visa Bulletin for your priority date. When current, file Form I-485 for Adjustment of Status (or DS-260 for consular processing).
I-693 — Biometrics, Medical Exam & Green Card
Complete biometrics appointment, medical examination by a USCIS civil surgeon, and any required interview. Receive Permanent Resident Card upon approval.
